• What is the length of your standard management agreement?

  Our standard agreement is for 12-months from the effective date and renewed for an additional year at the end of the term unless either party provides advanced written notification of their intent to cancel per the terms and deadlines of your management agreement. You may cancel the agreement at any time with sufficient notice.
